The $75 fee is refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled assessment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time, or no-shows, are not refundable.

2. Meet by phone or secure video
We will discuss your matter in detail, clarify scope, and answer preliminary questions.
3. Receive a proposal
Based on the assessment, you will receive a structured proposal with a recommended engagement tier and clear, competitive pricing.
4. Begin the investigation
Once the proposal is accepted, your investigator begins work. You will receive updates throughout the process and a structured investigative summary upon completion.
